Our advisory service is undertaken in a structured manner gaining "buy in" from senior decision makers and by applying a 1-5 year strategic plan that gets reviewed with regular follow-up sessions.
Examples of the breadth and depth of recent assignments include:
- Our most recent project has been the successful recruitment of an Accounts Assistant, Administrator with Fund experience and a Sales Executive with Wine experience for a key client based in Sevenoaks.
- We have recently placed a Finance Director in a recruitment agency based in Maidstone in addition to a Finance Director for an Engineering Company based in Dartford, a Finance Manager for an Oil and Gas Consultancy based in Surrey and an Audit Senior for an Accountancy Practice specialising in the charity sector.
- Our largest project this year has included placing 3 Field Sales Executives for a company in the IT sector setting up new offices in Manchester and Birmingham in addition to placing a Marketing Manager and 2 Sales Consultants in their London head office.
